Job Description

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a small team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
The Sales Supervisor will also work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records and preparing reports for management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in sales and team leadership. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales and/or account management with experience of tele sales. Experience in health and fitness area is a plus.
