Job Summary: Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service operations, managing service schedules, and ensuring efficient communication between customers, service technicians, and the sales team. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service and timely equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Act as the first point of contact for service-related inquiries and requests.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers.
  • Service Coordination:
  • Coordinate daily schedules for service technicians, ensuring optimal efficiency and timely completion of service calls.
  • Track and monitor service orders from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician assignments.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the industrial kitchen equipment or related industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with service management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
