We are currently seeking an experienced and time-served Commercial Vehicle Coach Builder to join our client's dedicated team. Our client, a reputable company with over 30 years of expertise in providing professional coach building services throughout Central Scotland, is known for delivering outstanding quality in vehicle body building and repairs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a friendly and skilled team, contributing to a variety of commercial body work projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of commercial body work and assembly.
  • Execute light welding tasks as needed.
  • Construct and assemble drop side vehicle bodies.
  • Build and assemble box vehicle bodies.
  • Install and build internal racking systems.
  • Complete internal finishing for mobile cabins.


  • Proven experience in a similar coach building role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required.
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety requirements.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive rates of pay, commensurate with experience.
  • 31 days of holiday per year.
  • A standard workweek of 39 hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and half-day Fridays from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.
  • Opportunities for overtime.


  • Day shifts with potential for overtime.

Work Location:

  • n-site in Central Scotland.
