METAL WORK PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Location: EXETER
Hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY

hours can vary between 6.00am to 22.30pm

Type: TEMP
Salary: Ranging from £11.44 to £13.73 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for metal work production operatives to work out of their workshop based on the edge of Exeter.

About the role:
Working with metals including stainless steel, brass and mild steel to manufacture parts.
Using a wide range of tools and machinery, including punch presses and brakes, and power presses.
Welding, polishing and grinding.
Painting/degreasing

About you:
Willingness to learn new skills and be trained across a variety of operations.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to carry out a variety of tasks on a daily basis.
Comfortable handling heavy items.
A forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
