Key Requirement: CDS Experience - No CHIEFs!

Proficiency with the Customs Declaration Service (CDS) is essential for this role.

What You'll Do:

Master CDS for seamless import/export customs declarations and clearances
Prepare and complete import/export customs declarations and clearances
Monitor emails and responding to any customer queries
Customs import/export entry checking
Troubleshoot customs-related issues with your in-depth knowledge
Ensuring you remain compliant and up to date with all HRMC laws and regulations

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience with CDS (minimum 6 months)
Sharp IT skills, especially in customs-related software
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a rapidly evolving field
Strong team player mentality

Work Schedule: Days only - phew.
Flexible rotating shift pattern, including one weekend day per month:

• Sunday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:30
• Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:30
• Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
• Tuesday - Saturday: 08:30 - 17:30
