Vines of Guildford is looking for a Contact Centre Sales Advisor.

Your role

42.5 hours per week - 5-day working pattern over a Monday to Saturday period with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day.

As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for all vehicle sales enquiries into our business; through telephone calls, digital enquiries, live chat, or email.

Your role will be to maximise every opportunity to drive sales and improve the customer experience.

What you'll be doing:
  • First point of contact for all vehicle sales enquiries into our business through telephone calls, digital enquiries, live chat, or email
  • Maximising our opportunity to convert calls into appointments
  • Providing customers with information to aid their decisions when considering buying a vehicle from Vines
  • Supporting the Sales teams with customer vehicle enquiries
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Accurately record vehicle and customer information, and effectively follow up and prospect customers to secure repeat business

Your profile
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • An ability to multitask and navigate through various software systems efficiently
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
  • A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Previous experience working towards sales driven KPI's
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role is preferred but not mandatory
