Your role
42.5 hours per week - 5-day working pattern over a Monday to Saturday period with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day.

As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for all vehicle sales enquiries into our business; through telephone calls, digital enquiries, live chat, or email.
Your role will be to maximise every opportunity to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
- First point of contact for all vehicle sales enquiries into our business through telephone calls, digital enquiries, live chat, or email
- Maximising our opportunity to convert calls into appointments
- Providing customers with information to aid their decisions when considering buying a vehicle from Vines
- Supporting the Sales teams with customer vehicle enquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Accurately record vehicle and customer information, and effectively follow up and prospect customers to secure repeat business
Your profile
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- An ability to multitask and navigate through various software systems efficiently
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Previous experience working towards sales driven KPI's
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role is preferred but not mandatory
