Your role
The role will include various administrative duties within the Service Warranty Department, including the submission and follow up of claims for both Warranty and BMW/MINI Service packages. Previous experience in an administration or automotive technical role is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Making warranty decisions on vehicles
- Ensuring all paperwork and submissions are in line with the warranty audit standard
- Submitting claims and organising payments against various types of BMW/MINI warranty
- Invoicing all warranty work, including RSAs, recalls and service packs in a timely manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail is required.
Working Hours: 41.25 Monday to Friday with a rota on Saturday

Our Cheltenham Service department is looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator to join the Aftersales department.
