Stock and Shares Administrator
Overview:
Manpower is looking for a skilled Stock Administrator to assist in leading and scaling our clients global stock administration function. This role involves hands-on, end-to-end management of our equity plans and reporting to the Group Director of Compensation and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Global Stock Plans: Assist the Director with stock plans for all employees.
- Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Serve as the main liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, and the equity global vendor.
- Transaction Management: Administer all ongoing transactions with the equity global vendor.
- Compliance Reporting: Regularly update on newcomers and terminations, ensuring policy compliance.
- Superior Service: Provide exceptional service, prioritising and addressing multiple requests from employees and management.
- Equity Reporting: Prepare equity reports and assist in the review and reconciliation of equity information.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in global equity plan administration.
- Skill Development: Eager to learn and administer various equity types, including working with third-party equity software systems and brokerage firms.
- Confidentiality: Ability to operate in a confidential environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; effective with high-level executives and employees.
- Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow-through, including project management skills.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with legal, HR, tax, payroll, accounting, and financial reporting teams.
- Self-Motivated: Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Team Player: Dependable, team-oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM
Location: Hybrid - Hemel Hempstead ( 2 days on site)
This role is a 6 month temp/ FTC contract only.
Salary Negotiable dependant on experience.
