Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Client at their site in either Manchester or Bracknell. Working to a hybrid model of 4 days home working and 1 day onsite you will be responsible for liaising with their business partners on customer relationship management utilising the SalesForce functionality.
Your primary focus will be to provide customers with service and support by utilising various systems across a wide range of products, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service is provided and any queries are resolved in a timely manner as well as ensuring all transactions meet their service level agreements.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years B2B experience as well as experience in using both SAP and SalesForce.
If you have good written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail this could be your ideal role. Previous experience in a supply chain and logistics environment would be desirable, all candidates must be happy to visit customer sites periodically.
