Transformation and Strategy Associate (BITE Associate)
Location: Kings Cross, London
Salary rate: £50,000 - £80,000
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: 40 hours a week.
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate to join our London team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical and process-oriented skills to lead PMO efforts, including tracking, reporting, and ad hoc analytics. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and driving top executive committees. This position is ideal for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, dig into the details, and support the continuation of best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMO efforts, including tracking, reporting, and ad hoc analytics.
- Ensure the continuation of best practices (e.g., FTE tracking) and assist with data collection and analysis.
- Support the creation of updates for the ELT, shareholders, or select committees.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the BITE Manager in strategic projects and reviews.
- Manage broader business PMO responsibilities, including tracking projects and Group interactions with country organisations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of consulting experience (Big 4 or similar) with PMO or transformation experience.
- Strong analytical skills and previous experience with transformation projects.
- Willingness to engage deeply with details and practical aspects.
- Private equity experience preferred (during or after consulting).
