About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Business Support Team at our clients . The roles involve supporting the day-to-day administration requirements of an operating nuclear plant.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the station with small purchasing
- Data retrieval and collation
- Preparation of meeting packs
- Meeting organisation
- Preparation of communication updates during outage
- General administration requests
- Corrective Action Programme (CAP) departmental evaluator
- Preparation of meeting packs
- Meeting pack minutes
- Work order card printing
- Development of presentation packs
- Supporting database system administration
- Printing and photocopying
- Work within the outage department providing administration and communications support
Essential skills required:
- Good computer skills
- Fluent with Microsoft programmes including outlook, word, PowerPoint and excel
- Able to present information in clear manner
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Personal attributes should include:
- Quick learner
- Ability to proactively manage workload with guidance
- Good team worker
- Confidence in asking questions
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Critical key for detail
- Good organisational skills
- Experience of using databases
- Office management skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritise

Qualifications
As a minimum candidates will be educated to GCSE/National Qualification standards (or equivalent). Candidates with these qualifications that include "c" and above grade passes in English and Mathematics will have an advantage.
