Head of HR - Commodities Trading

We are partnering with a highly reputable Singapore headquartered global commodities trading company to appoint a Head of HR in London and Singapore. Though the majority of time will be spent outside of the UK you will reside in the UK and have the right to work in the UK as the company will be responsible for accommodation out of London.

Job description:

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the senior leadership team, supported by a small HR team, you will be responsible for continuing to enhance the HR function operating in a strategic and hands on role within a fast paced, performance driven organisation.

You will play a lead role in the development and implementation of commercial HR solutions and advisory in line with the firm's parameters and local market to support the firm's strategy globally. This will include establishing strong operational excellence, being a change leader when necessary, supporting recruitment & talent management processes, employee relations, managing performance & reward reviews, leading HR projects including strategy and organisational development.

The successful candidate will have a track record operating in a commodities trading or broader financial services organisation in a small but high touch office in a broad strategic and operational role, operating directly with a fast paced leadership team.

You will get to work directly with the Group Leadership team in (Singapore (75% - with some time in Taiwan and London 25%) with exciting growth and investment plans!
