Our international client based in Felling Gateshead are looking for a Product labelling Support Specialist who supports the execution of label creation and updates globally within the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the professional support of providing label briefs, pack shot creation, delivering artwork for new product introductions and promotions based around the segment and Product management requirements in line with BU-based brand guidelines.

Hours - Monday to Friday 36.25 min a week between 8.30am to 4.30pm
Salary - £13 - £16 per hour depending on experience
Duration - 6 to 9 months

Key Accountabilities

  • Supports the management of brand alignment and brand architecture across the labelling activity within brand guidelines.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting a consistent look & feel, graphic design, logos etc. within labelling for International, Awlgrip, Private Label, etc.
  • Works closely with the Senior Product Manager, Product Managers and other stakeholders on building a pipeline of activities to ensure on time and in full delivery of labelling and pack shot delivery using the appropriate systems and agreed approval process.
  • Management and maintenance of labels management and briefing database system, Filemaker (or equivalent), ensuring that appropriate stakeholders are fully trained on use of the tool as needed.
  • Automated label system management to facilitate bulk label delivery.
  • Applied problem solving approach in the management of associated software and tools.

    Job requirements:


Experience using Illustrator and In-Design and Apple Mac.
