Location: SDC, Bridgwater, Somerset
Department: Quality
Rate of Pay: £200.00 per day
Holiday Entitlement: 36 days per year (including bank holidays)
Exciting Opportunity for an Auditor
Are you ready to kickstart your career in auditing? We're on the lookout for a motivated Auditor to join our dynamic team on a long-term temporary basis. In this crucial role, you'll ensure the effective deployment of our Integrated Management System (IMS) and maintain high-quality standards.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct Audits: Perform internal audits using established processes to ensure compliance.
- Plan and Execute: Organize and carry out audits with active stakeholder engagement.
- Report Findings: Categorize and report findings accurately within agreed timelines.
- Resolve Issues: Monitor non-conformance resolutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Organisational Skills: Strong organizational and self-management skills.
- Best Practices Advocate: A champion of best practices with an openness to new ideas.
- Analytical Mindset: An analytical thinker with the ability to influence positively.
- Relationship Building: Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of nuclear site license conditions and proficiency in French is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential: Internal auditor qualification (ISO 9001:2015).
- Desirable: Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, regulated environments, and membership in quality institutes.
