Job Role: Electroless Nickel Plating Operator Plating Operator

Location: Yeovil

Hours: Full time 40.5 hours per week

Salary: TBC

Job Role

To prepare customer products, this including masking preparation and jigging activities

Processing of components and parts through the treatment lines.

Jigging.

Operator inspection.

Adhering to specifications and work instructions.

Tank maintenance and chemical additions, including stock checks.

Maintaining a safe place of work, ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with regulatory and company Health and Safety policies.

Skills and experience required:

Competent in handling aerospace and defence components.

Surface coating experience - Anodise/Plating.

Electroless nickel plating experience (desired).

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced manufacturing business environment.

Reliable and responsible.

Methodical and able to work off own initiative towards set targets and goals.

Excellent team player.
