We are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to work for our client covering the South West.

This position is a field sales role and involves travelling with regular overnight stays. The role comes with an OTE of approximately £60,000 to £70,000 (based on performance + bonus). You will also receive a company car, laptop & mobile phone.

You will be responsible for a specific sales territory, identifying potential customers and converting them to valued customers.

We are looking for candidates with experience in field sales/area sales to market and sell products in Norwich.

Salary & Benefits for the Area Sales Manager:

• Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
• An OTE of approximately £60, 000 to £70,000 (annual bonus + performance)
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (holiday entitlement accrues with length of service)
• Company car, laptop & mobile phone

Requirements for the Area Sales Manager:

• Previous experience working in field sales
• Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Be able to demonstrate successful client relationship management and client retention
• Full UK driving licence

Key responsibilities for the Area Sales Manager:

• Responsible for bringing on new business
• Build strong relationships with key customers
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs
• Maintain good working relationships with your clients to ensure repeat business
• Contract negotiation
• Stay updated on industry insights and developments
