Warehouse Operative with FLT Counterbalance

Manpower are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative with FLT Counterbalance license to join an established, global manufacturer based in Flitwick.

Having recently undergone expansion at the site, it's an exciting time to join the team and offers the opportunity for long term, stable work at a reputable business.

Your role is critical in supporting the manufacturing team in the efficient distribution of goods and materials in/out around the site. Experience of operating within a busy warehouse, and possession of a valid FLT Counterbalance license is therefore essential.

Main duties

• Be responsible for distributing various materials and goods around the site and distribution warehouses
• Maintain clear and accurate stock and distribution records
• Support in other areas of the manufacturing environment when required

Key Skills

• In-date counterbalance FLT License
• Reliable with a team work based approach to workload
• Good communication skills
• Operating in an efficient manner whilst adhering to safety standards

This is a temporary ongoing role with the opportunity to go permanent after a set period of typically 10 weeks.

This role will be covering a working pattern based around Mon - Fri, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, plus one Saturday AM per month 8:00AM - 12:00PM.

The hourly rate of pay is £12.18 per hour, with other benefits such as closing over the festive period for two weeks, free hot drinks and fresh fruit delivered several times a week.
