Your role
You will be welcomed into a friendly, motivated and highly successful team working within a state of the art facility.
As a Service Advisor you will be focused on ensuring that a highest level of customer care is given throughout the customer journey. The main purpose of the role will be to deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner
Working Hours: 43.36 hours, Monday to Friday with 1 in 6 Saturdays
Salary: £25,880 OTE £27,080
Your profile
Responsibilities:
- Meet and great customer on arrival and providing them with a smooth service from drop off through to collection
- Check vehicle history and identify if any additional work is required such as recalls, service pack and warranty details
- Liaise with the workshop, parts and sales departments to ensure customer vehicles are ready on time
- Update customer with the progress on their vehicles, authorise additional work
- Establishing and arranging customer travel arrangements arranging loan or courtesy vehicle as applicable and applying relevant charges.
- Effectively communicate invoice to customers on handover
- Continues professional training with the manufacturer to ensure product knowledge is up to date
- Ensure legal obligations are fulfilled at all times
