Manpower Print & Packaging have been retained by one of our prestigious partners, a well-known group and historical brand within their industry, with a first-class product and robust customer base and supply chain, as they look to engage a Group Customer Service Manager (Best Practices & OpEx) due to `both strategic investment and growth within the group, but equally their desire to continuously IMPROVE & GROW and raise their own internal standards, but raise that of the industries for their customers. This will be a key role within the group reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, forming strong relationships with other key senior stakeholders across the group (3 sites), but equally to lead and motivate a medium sized team across multiple sites (although this is singular site based and therefore will require a blend of both remote and in-person team leadership), ensuring a consistent, harmonious, 'one team' group approach to customer satisfaction.


With an open-minded and unblinkered approach, our partner are also keen to hear from candidates outside of print & packaging, in FMCG, Supply Chain, Engineering & Logistics.
