Hours: 45 hours Monday - Friday. Salary: £28,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Get hands-on training in refurbishing alloy wheels to BMW standards.
- Assist with inspecting, preparing, and refurbishing wheels.
- Learn key techniques like Aquablasting, Diamond Cutting, and painting.
- Follow safety protocols and quality assurance procedures to deliver top-notch workmanship.
- Collaborate with our team to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
Your profile
The successful individual will have a minimum of 1 year's experience within wheel refit, balance and refurbishment. Experience of machine lathe repairs is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
