Business Development Manager-Healthcare
Our client is a Global Transport & Logistics company based in Dublin. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to generate new business, manage tenders and grow revenue for the organisation by selling into the Healthcare sector in Ireland. This role will suit candidates coming from a Distribution, Pharma or Medical Device background.
This role will include time on the road so a full driver's license is essential.

The Ideal Candidate:
If you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:
- Experience in the Healthcare, Pharma or Distribution sector
- 5+ years' experience in a Business Development role
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business
- Experience with high value Tenders & Proposals
- Excellent relationship management
- Networking ability
- A relevant third level qualification is desirable
- Full clean driving licence
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy for the Healthcare industry.
- Consistently meet/exceed set Sales targets.
- Collaborate on high-value Tender submissions.
- Lead negotiations and presentations within the local healthcare sector.
- Create persuasive presentations and business cases to effectively showcase solutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed and competitive proposals.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making.
- Stay up to date with market trends and conduct ongoing market trend analysis.
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics preferred
