Domestic Shift Supervisor

Manpower is recruiting for an experienced Domestic Supervisor for a client based in Headington.

Details:

• £14.82 per hour
• 5 out of 7 days, rotational ( some weekends will be worked)
• 07:00 - 15:00
• No parking on site

Key Responsibilities/Account abilities Key Competencies:

• Manage and drive performance of the cleaning standards across the entire 24/7 operations
• Anticipate and address any quality related service delivery issues that may arise with the Assistant Shift Managers and Domestic teams
• Support the Assistant Shift Managers with any people performance related issues
• Drive innovation and quality improvement across the soft services delivery
• Work with fellow shift leaders to ensure consistent messaging, approach and objectives across all shifts
• Up skill domestic soft service team
