Gardener

Manpower is currently recruiting for experienced Gardeners. This role is currently temporary for a few weeks to cover the sickness and holiday period. We are looking for people with experience of using a lawnmower, strimmer and ride on mower.
Details:

• Free on-site parking
• £13.20 per hour
• Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 18:00 and Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (including an unpaid lunch break of 1 hour per day)

General duties include:
-Mow grass areas on site on a fortnightly basis between April and September dependent on the height of the grass;
-Strim around obstacles as required;
-Tie up climbers onto supports;
-Trim boundary hedges twice per year (where applicable);
-Keep shrub beds weeded;
-Cut back herbaceous perennials at the appropriate time;
-Sweep/blow hard surface areas;
-Apply weedkiller to kerb lines, hard surfaces, barked areas and shingle strip around buildings twice per year (where applicable);
-Remove leaves from hard surface areas fortnightly during Autumn;
-Generally keep the grounds and courtyards tidy.

A BASIC DBS will be actioned prior to a start date.
