Class 2 Tanker Driver

Temp - Perm Role!

Pay rate £15.14 per hour, £22.71 per hour after 47 hours per week. All rates are PAYE, 28 days paid holiday per year.
Nights out are paid at £40 per night out.

Manpower Driving and Logistics are currently recruiting a Class 2 (Cat C) driver for our client in the Barrrow-Upon-Humber area. The role will be multi drop Tanker work, delivering wood pellets to Commercial and domestic premises. Full training on the equipment will be given.

The role will be Monday - Friday, with a maximum 1-2 nights out per week. Some occasional Saturdays will be required in busy times. The basic hours will be 0700 - 1645 but there will also be overtime required.

This position is for an immediate start and will become permanent after a successful trial period.

The ideal candidate must have a cat C licence, drivers CPC and digital tachograph card. A good working knowledge of the Road Transport Regulations is essential along with good geographical knowledge.

For insurance purposes, you must have 2 years HGV delivery experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last 10 years.
