Grounds Maintenance Estates Manager (Manchester City FC)
Location: Manchester
Hourly rate: £35,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6 AM to 3 PM
Contract Type: Full-time Permanent
About the role
To manage and oversee all aspects of grounds and estates maintenance across the Manchester City Football Academy, Etihad Stadium, and Co-op Live Arena. You will ensure the highest standards of turf management, landscaping, and overall estate presentation while leading and coordinating the grounds team, contractors, and suppliers to deliver first-class facilities for professional football and large-scale events.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Senior role in Grounds and Estates Management.
- Landscaping management experience and Strong experience in managing a team of grounds workers.
- Proven experience managing large teams and overseeing multiple venues or facilities.
