Automotive Service Technician

Manpower, working on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join their team in Newbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing repair work within allocated timescales, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Role Overview:

• Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Identify agreed works, detect additional repairs required, and diagnose faults.
• Timely Repairs: Perform repair work within the allocated timescale.
• Customer Communication: Provide updates on repair status, ensuring additional work is carried out with proper customer authorisation.
• Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Skill Development: Continuously develop and maintain skills in all aspects of vehicle repair, service, and maintenance, keeping product knowledge up-to-date.
• Team Collaboration: Share best practices with the team, ensuring consistently high levels of quality and workmanship.
