Our client, an Irish system integrator with over 30 years' experience in the digital and AV sector, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with a high volume of outbound sales calls and enjoys the challenge of engaging prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the company's products and services.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for your accounts.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance your sales strategy.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Communicator: You should be comfortable speaking with clients at various levels, articulating the value of products, and building rapport quickly.
- Sales-Driven: A natural at seeking out opportunities and closing deals. Experience in a target-driven environment is a plus.
- Organised: Able to manage multiple leads and accounts at once, while keeping detailed records of interactions and sales.
- Resilient: You will encounter rejection in sales, but resilience and perseverance will help you push through and secure that next deal.
- Proactive & Goal-Oriented: You set ambitious goals and are always looking for ways to improve your sales techniques.
- Problem-Solver: Able to think on your feet, address client concerns, and offer solutions that will satisfy both the customer and the business.
