The role
As a Accounts Payable Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Assisting the Accounts Payable Manager in ensuring that accurate supplier payments are sent out to agreed terms.
Day-to-day, you'll be communicating across different levels of the organisation, with non-Finance managers as well as staff and all external contacts. You will assist the team with maintaining the mailboxes,
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring all supplier invoices are processed on the date of receipt, across multiple systems
- Maintaining the Query Log - adding queries/processing invoices once resolved
- Assisting in reconciliation of all assigned supplier statements
- Ensuring all supplier emails are replied to in a timely manner
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides remote working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Accounts Payable Administrator
- Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic and hard working
- Good knowledge of excel
