ManpowerGroup Ireland has an exciting opportunity within our growing business for an Operations Director working across all of our brands - Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions.
This is a Leadership position within our organisation sitting as part of our Senior Management Team and reporting to the Managing Director.
Suitable for those with expert knowledge and experience of the Recruitment and HR Services Industry, you will be responsible for leading our Operations across all service lines including MSP, Agency Worker, RPO, Retained, Convenience, Outplacement and Coaching. You will use Insights and Data to ensure we differentiate from the competition and work closely with clients to constantly improve our service. Critical within this role is driving revenue, GP and profitability for the organisation and this forms the core of everything you do. You will be responsible for delivering services at a revenue value of €50-€100m.

Your responsibilities:
- Head of Operations within ManpowerGroup Ireland
- Constantly identifying means to drive revenue, GP and profitability across the suite of brands
- Drive excellent operations performance from existing team of industry professionals across all service lines
- Manage team of Operations Managers responsible for service delivery to suite of clients
- Identify potential new service lines and offerings to bring to the market
- Deliver solutions across multiple service lines including but not limited to: RPO, Interim / Contractor, Retained, Agency Worker, MSP, Convenience (Perm and Temp), Outplacement, Coaching
- Design and Lead overall process to use data and insights to ensure ManpowerGroup remains at the forefront of our industry and differentiates vs our competition
- Regularly visit key client stakeholders in person, presenting data and knowledge in scheduled business reviews and ad hoc as necessary
- Scheduled and as required / ad hoc travel throughout Ireland will be required in this role
- Own delivery of budgeted numbers within all service lines, typically totalling €50-€100m
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and new ways of doing things to ensure budgets and metrics are always met
- Drive tech & system compliance and lead by best practice and knowledge to manage performance
- Liaise with colleagues across Europe and beyond to capitalise on ManpowerGroup global footprint
- Manage internal stakeholder expectations as part of ManpowerGroup Ireland's Senior Management team
Your skills & experience:
- You will be a natural leader with expert knowledge of the Recruitment and HR Services sector
- Proven ability to manage profitability and drive OUP performance across everything you do
- Detailed knowledge and proven experience of each of our service lines and proven ability within each including:
- Owning and driving Recruiter success and Recruiter team size growth
- Best In Class Enterprise services delivery methodology across MSP, RPO and agency worker
- Outplacement and Coaching offerings
- Experience of supporting and closing genuine Enterprise level sales within the industry in conjunction with Sales Director
- Proven ability to support responses to varied tenders, design and deliver presentations to clients and support pricing design and cost analyses is of key importance
- At least 5 years' relevant experience with strong people management, client relationship, senior stakeholder skills
- Proven track record of delivering Enterprise-level contracts and projects, preferably delivering innovative workforce solutions
- A track record of delivering results through the development of high performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work through complex challenges
- Innovation, energy, ambition, motivation, intelligence, drive, confidence, and above all a strong desire to succeed are all key qualities required
- You will be a naturally organised, pragmatic and highly professional individual with a strong degree of diplomacy and persuasiveness
- Strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial style will be well received in this role
