Pay Rate: £28 - 32K depending on expereince
Hours: Monday - Friday 0645 - 1600
Location: GL19 4PN
Contract: Permanent

Manpower are recruiting on behalf of our national client for a Team Leader to join their landscape team.

You will be responsible for Leading a team of Operatives who will be delivering high quality landscaping services to a range of clients across the local area. You will be working on hard and soft landscaping projects, in line with all company Health and Safety policy documents and procedures. Working to a project work pack, delivering to time, budget and specification while monitoring all aspects of projects including co-ordinating suppliers, sub-contractors and staff. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to deal with clients and speak freely about the project in hand.

To succeed, you will need:

• To be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full valid UK Driving License, with less than 6 penalty points
• Hold a valid CSCS card
• Telehandler / excavator / dumper licence would be preferable
• Experience implementing Health & Safety policies and procedure
• Knowledge and experience working in hard / soft landscaping, arboriculture or civil engineering environments
• Safety conscious mindset is key.
• Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g. strimmer's, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.)
• Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
• Being able and comfortable managing a team of operative
• PA1 and PA6a spraying certificate desirable
