Warehouse Op with FLT Licence

Warehouse Team Member - Immediate Start
Location: Currently Thirsk, moving to Harrogate in January
Pay: £11.79 - £12.70 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract : Temp to Perm
Are you looking for a new role in a busy warehouse environment? We're looking for a Warehouse Team Member to join our client team.
Important: You MUST have a valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence for this role.
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Location Update:
Our client factory is currently based in Thirsk but will be relocating to Harrogate in January. If you're based in Harrogate, we'll support with transport to Thirsk until the move.
Your Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading deliveries (FLT licence required)
• Sorting and moving stock around the warehouse
• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch (UK & Export)
• Handling dispatch paperwork and ensuring correct import/export documentation
• Using our order management system (Microsoft Dynamics) to manage stock
• Helping with stock control and regular inventory checks
• Collaborating with other teams (Customer Service, Commercial, etc.)
• Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining a safe working environment
• General housekeeping to keep the workspace clean and tidy

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant experience in a warehouse environment
• A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is a must
• Basic computer skills (training will be provided on our systems)
• A team player with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing tasks and improve working processes
• Experience with import/export shipping (preferred but not essential)
