We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retrofit Project Manager to join our clients dynamic team. If you have a background in project management, a passion for energy efficiency, and experience in construction, this role is a perfect fit!

Job Description

As a Retrofit Project Manager, you will oversee energy upgrades for a portfolio of homes, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. You will play a key role in coordinating with subcontractors and managing multiple concurrent projects. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will help you to deliver projects on time and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clear objectives to project team members, including subcontractors.
• Manage the progress of energy upgrades across multiple homes.
• Ensure all relevant parties are kept informed throughout the project.
• Maintain a positive approach to challenges and ensure the high-quality delivery of all projects.
• Conduct quality surveys on homes where grant works will be taking place.
• Utilise your strong IT skills, including apps and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-5 years of experience in Project Management or Construction (retrofit experience a plus).
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Results-driven and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Decisive and able to demonstrate good judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously.
• Full, clean driving license.
