Wholesale Operation Specialist
Here at Manpower we have an excellent opportunity for someone with finance, credit or banking background to join our clients well-establish and supportive team.
As a Wholesale Operations Specialist, you'll handle around 80 manual and various automated processes across multiple systems. Working in a small team, you'll complete time-sensitive wholesale funding tasks, both independently and as part of a 4-eyes process. Key responsibilities include adapting to varying workloads, resolving issues across systems, producing reports, investigating anomalies, and ensuring data integrity to support Dealers and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the life cycle of approved credit facilities in compliance with OMEB regulations.
- Accurately load credit limit transfers and report operational issues to the Team Manager.
- Provide guidance and support to dealer vehicle administration teams, including training and best practices.
- Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs, including managing dealer funding and corporate loans.
- Independently handle up to 80 business processes, solving problems across multiple systems.
- Process and maintain dealer funding accurately in systems like CBP, SAP BCA, DF+, and CML.
- Respond to approximately 2,000 monthly inquiries from dealers, stakeholders, and brands.
- Ensure correct processing of vehicle funding requests, investigating, and resolving validation failures.
- Manage user access for online portal, ensuring compliance with relevant mandates.
- Support high-profile projects, system updates, and reconciliation of finance data.
Requirements:
- Experience in a service-driven operational environment, using multiple systems, products, and processes.
- Regulated environment experience (desirable); knowledge of Financial Services, Banking, or Motor Industry (desirable).
- Strong problem-solving skills across products, processes, systems, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
- Organised, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
This is currently a temporary contract until 31st December. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
This role is paying £14.53 per hour or salary equivalent £26,444
