Hygiene Operative

Manpower currently has an opportunity to join one of our clients based at Ingliston, Edinburgh as a hygiene operative working the hours of 07.30am - 16.30pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and safely operate cleaning tools and equipment
• Clean all Industrial machinery, tools, and equipment
• Clean all pre-established working areas floors, walls and machinery
• This will, at times, require working in confined spaces and working at height.
• Clean all spillages in the working area and yard as and when required.
• Respond to any incidents or environmental concerns that need attention through-out the working day
• Completion of daily paperwork
• Liaise with other operational areas

Essential Skills and Experience Required:

• Industrial Cleaning Experience (Essential)
• Experience of working with strict procedures and compliance requirements
• Forklift certification advantageous.
• Working in confined spaces certification advantageous
