NASC Weekend Support Agent (8am to 4pm / 2pm to 10pm)
ManpowerGroup Ireland have an exciting new opportunity with our client SAP! This is a 12-month contract role employed with ManpowerGroup Ireland. This position is a remote role based in Dublin.

Objectives
Application Consulting refers to the consulting and implementation activities of SAP products for SAP internal purposes or for SAP end customers projects. Examples of Application Consulting engagements include software implementation projects, customer support, etc.
These activities are performed by functional and technical consultants with specialist knowledge of SAP solutions. Application Consultants facilitate the implementation and support of SAP solutions in a project or consultative engagement. The following is a non-exhaustive enumeration.
Associate consultants have basic specialist knowledge of the SAP solutions and have gained some experience of customer projects. Special training and certification programs have successfully extended their specialist and methodical knowledge. Typically, they would be able to participate in the discussion of process design, configure certain portions of SAP Solution as per directions given by the team leader and provide support in documentation, systems testing, and authorizations. They would also perform any administrative tasks that are involved in a project. Experience. up to 2 years
Expectations & Tasks
- Design concept, architecture, analyse and define business requirements, processes and objectives.
- Assess and implement SAP solution.
- Customize and enhance business functionality and overall performance.
- Find and implement solutions to existing and potential problems.
- Provide Project go live support until steady state Documentation.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* 3rd Level Qualification - Cert, Diploma, Degree in IT related discipline

Support Shift Information
- (8am to 4pm / 2pm to 10pm rotation (Sat & Sunday)
- 4/5 Weeks of Training - 9am - 5pm.
- Remote role: possible requirement to be in the office 3 days per week from October.
