As a Smart Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring vehicles to their pristine condition. Your skills in dent removal, scratch repair, and refinishing will be essential in delivering high-quality repairs that meet manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technician tasks such as dent removal, scratch repair, and refinishing.
- Repair minor dents and bodyline damages using various techniques.
- Prepare damaged panels for repainting by minimising the use of body filler.
- Utilise your knowledge of "push to paint" or "push to prep" techniques.
- Identify and repair plastic damage using appropriate products and techniques.
- Assess and identify different finished coatings.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Smart Repair Technician or related field.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive repair techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
