Class 1 Driver - Night Trunking

Pay rate £16.40 per hour, £18.00 per hour after 8 hours.
Night bonus paid of £10.50 per shift
All rates are PAYE, 28 paid holiday days per year and breaks are paid.

Manpower Driving and Logistics are currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) drivers on behalf of our client in the Hull area. As part of your role, you will be driving a class 1 curtainsider, delivering Timber.

This is trunking role, depot to depot. No hand-balling is required, just a trailer swap, 1-2 trunks per night.

The start time will usually be between 4pm and 5pm. Shifts usually last for approximately 8-10 hours but can be longer depending on the work for that day.

A paid assessment and induction will take place before your first day.

This is a temp - perm position.

The ideal candidate will have relevant delivery experience, digi card and a drivers CPC card. For insurance purposes, you should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last 10 years.
