Manpower have a wonderful opportunity for someone with previous fleet experience to join the amazing team of one of their large automotive clients based in Milton Keynes!

The primary purpose of the role will be to support with fleet in-life processes, focusing on ensuring vehicle downtime is minimised. Support the management of end to end fleet compliance for all mobility assets including cars, commercial vehicles, specialist vehicles with conversions including lifting equipment, refrigeration etc. Support Internal Sales Managers with in-life vehicle specification applications.

Main Responsibilities:

* Monitor, arrange and administer all scheduled legislative maintenance of specialist vehicle fleet ensuring compliance of LOLER, tachograph and safe load operation.
* With the support of the Damage & Recharge Executive maintain good relationships with customers, internal team and SMR providers effectively, ensuring the minimisation of fleet down time to drive significant financial and operational benefits
* Provide day to day support with all SMR enquiries
* Collate and distribute damage notification packs and distribute to customers/rental locations
* Monitor Rent a Car Recharge inbox for customer authorisations and queries
* Deal with all queries where possible raising any issues to the Damage & Recharge Executive
* Raise damage invoices upon receipt of customer authorisation to damage notifications
* Review, collate and distribute reports from Suppliers to Rent a Car Locations
* Support the Technical Fleet Manager and Internal Sales Managers with the administration of in-life vehicle specification applications, liaising with suppliers to arrange fitment of accessories such as internal racking, beacons, tow bars, livery etc. to the rental fleet.

Experience:

* Rental experience within the automotive industry (desirable)
* Fleet management experience within the automotive industry (desirable)
* Good vehicle brand knowledge and features (desirable)
* Proven experience of influencing key stakeholders (desirable)

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, in office

£16.07 / £29,247 annually
