Vacancy Overview:

Our client, one of the lead energy suppliers in the UK has a vacancy for a Admin Support within the Construction and Engineering team.

The successful candidate would be working close with the director of the Construction & Engineering and his team, and in some cases acting on behalf of the Director in responding to queries and prioritising documentation.

The desired candidate would undertake the following duties:

*Manage a wide range of diary and commitments and co-ordinate meetings
*Organise travel involving the co-ordination of detailed travel schedules, itineraries, and all related travel requirements
*Prepare and prioritise letters/documents/presentations/reports and take minutes of meetings when required
*Raise payment requests, expenses, purchase card payments and conduct a general overview of invoices received.
*Deal with incoming and outgoing post and keeping track of outstanding items
*Handle telephone enquiries ensuring all messages are passed on in a timely and efficient manner
*Provide SAP support and assistant as required with regards to tracking and monitor invoice data.
*Monitor and maintain all office and stationary supplies to ensure that adequate levels are maintained at all times

The successful candidate would have excellent PC skills/knowledge of IT packages including Word, PowerPoint, Excel (advanced) and Outlook.
