Job Title:Branch Administrator
Responsible to:Facilities Administrator
Accountable to:Branch Manager
2.Job Purpose

2.1.Responsible for general branch administration and documentation related to and associated with the branch facility.
2.2. To maintain all branch systems and full accountability for their integrity.
2.3. To undertake within reason and within the individuals capabilities, any other duties as directed by facility administrator.
3.Key Success Criteria

3.1.The development and maintenance of good working relations.
3.2.Preventing unnecessary damage and pilferage of capital supplies, including vehicles, stock, and machines.
3.3.The cleanliness and operating efficiency of the service centre as directed by Facility Administrator.
3.4.Timely completion of daily processing of documents

4.Person Specification

4.1.Good communication skills, with the ability to maintain a high standard of achievement.

4.2.Good analytical skill

4.3.Team player.

4.4.To be able to work on own initiative, self-motivated and confident when dealing with people.

4.5.Computer literate.

5.Health and Safety
