Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. No Weekend Work

Location: 20 min walk from O'Connell Bridge)

Interview Process: 2 rounds of Interviews- which can be completed via Webcam if you are located outside of Ireland

Salary and Benefits: €22, 800 + Performance Bonus (up to €4,000) + Excellent Benefits Package.

What is the role of the German Customer Support Agent?

*Assist customers over the phone
*Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements.
*Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
*Take action on process transactions and handle the same with proper research.
*Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
*Adhere to process norms and structure.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for bilingual candidates, graduates in any discipline, ideally with some experience in a customer service or content review position in a process-driven environment.

However fresh graduates will also be considered.
Key success factors in this position are adaptability and flexibility, good communication skills, an ability to make independent judgement and a problem-solving nature.
