Manpower are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Representative's for our client - an expanding contact centre based in Sunderland. This client is a market leader within the insurance industry and you could be working on behalf of some very well-known brands within this sector.

Currently we have start dates available in October and November.

The contact centre is in operation 7 days a week between the following hours: Monday - Friday 8AM until 10PM, Saturday 8AM until 6PM, Sunday 9AM until 5PM therefore applicants must be flexible to work shifts between these hours.

Current shift pattern available: 37.5 hours per week, working 1 in 2 Saturdays, 1 in 4 Sundays

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for Customers contacting the business therefore your primary focus will be on the needs of our customers. The main duties of a Customer Service Representative will involve:

- Handling all incoming calls from potential customers,
- Checking customer details and processing quotes ensuring accurate information,
- Working towards targets including Customer Satisfaction and Next Call Avoidance,
- Adhering to all regulatory requirements, for example the Financial Conduct Authority's rules and principles, Data Protection Act and Money
Laundering regulations.
