This is an opportunity to develop a career as a recruitment consultant within an international organisation.

You will experience all aspects of the role, from developing customer relationships to the administrative duties that are required, as well as undertaking any other request by management. You will ensure that your activities comply with all of the company policies, procedures and legal requirements including health and safety and employment legislation.

This role aims to prepare you for ultimately becoming involved with the selling of Manpower Recruitment services to clients.

Weekly Wage: £150.

Personal qualities
You will need to have a positive attitude, a friendly and approachable manner, enjoy dealing with people and would enjoy establishing rapport with other parts of the business. You will need to be balanced with a resilient personality and the ability to work under pressure as this is a challenging environment where targets and deadlines are important.

Qualifications required
Good GCSE grades but A-C or equivalent are not essential or equivalent.
Future prospects
This is initially a temporary position for 12 months however upon completion of the apprenticeship there is the possibility of a full time contract and further qualification in sales or other opportunities within the company.

Some will go onto be Sales Consultants and undertake an Advanced Apprenticeship in Sales. This is an exciting opportunity with real prospects for a committed and driven individual.
