Working within the Remote & Mobile team - to manage and support HMRC Blackberry and Mobile Phone Users and 3G and SRAS User estate, and Hard Disk EncryptionAn excellent opportunity to work within a small & very busy team who support HMRC users who use Blackberry,'s Mobile Phones and 4G MiFi Devices. The role will require you to manage your own Service Request queue, actioning multiple services requests for procuring, provisioning and dispatch of Blackberry's, mobiles and 4G MiFi devices. You will also be required to support the above devices on the estate by managing your EARS call queue, answering customer queries and resolve any issues whereby devices are faulty or new users to be set up via an EARS call. You will have direct contact with HMRC users to carry out this role, as well as contact with Vodafone to manage User accounts. A small amount of backend management of the Hard Disk Encryption service will also be involved. You will manage business operations and procedures, typically dealing with administrative tasks and be responsible for adoption and implementation of business area policies, processes and practices.
