Customer Service Associate - Starting salary of £7.95 per hour - £15,500 PA (Full - Time equivalent)

Shifts: Fixed shifts, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days - Evening Shifts 13:00 - 21:00 - Start date 31st October.

Location: NewDay - Morley, Leeds - LS27 0HH

What will I be doing?
As an excellent listener, you will work within our customer services team answering customer queries. You will take inbound calls speaking to our customers always ensuring a first class service is provided. If you are passionate about delivering great customer service then NewDay is the employer for you. New to this type of work, don't worry as full training and support will be provided when you join us a Customer Services Advisor.
