Our large blue-chip client in Bracknell has an opportunity for an IT Recruiter to join their dedicated Onsite HR team.

The role itself will be responsible for the day to day administration of the recruitment function supporting 60+ Managers across the UK & I as well as the HR Business Partners and Head of HR. You will be responsible to attracting , short-listing and interviewing candidates for a variety of customer support IT roles.
You will be dealing with a multitude of recruitment queries and tasks both face to face and by telephone. This role will also enable you to touch on all aspects of recruitment associated administration.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years recruitment experience covering the entire process, from sourcing to final offer and the associated administration and reporting.

You will ideally have a background in IT recruitment or have worked in a large IT organisation.

The activities with in this role can vary but will predominately involve:

*The processing of vacancies ready for advertisement on the internal company vacancies site
*Updating and maintaining of recruitment records through the recruitment process
*Dealing with queries from managers regarding their vacancies and the general recruitment process
*Managing the attraction process with external suppliers and the company web-site
*Processing of all CVs received
*Liaising with candidates and managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
*Working closely with procurement to negotiate with external providers
*Editing and updating the company intranet
*Creating, editing and maintaining processes, procedures and policies
*Running reports on an adhoc, weekly and monthly basis
*Providing support to other team members where needed
We welcome applications from individuals who are keen to continue their recruitment career within this first-class in-house (IT vacancy orientated) setting and are comfortable with managing a volume of multiple IT vacancies ensuring a first class experience for all.

This role would ideally be suited to a graduate with a minimum of 3years recruitment agency experience looking to move into the HR environment.
The ideal candidate will also have Intermediate to senior level knowledge and skills in most administrative tasks.

Strong level of software application knowledge and HR function activities would also be beneficial.

Technical Skills:

*Recruitment experience from sourcing to placing of candidates and all tasks in between
*Liaising with external suppliers of recruitment portals
*Good MS office skills in word and Excel
*Experience of processing, maintaining and creating reports in Excel
*SharePoint knowledge
*People soft experience
*HR experience

Desirable qualifications would include ;

*HR specific qualification CIPD or REC
*Degree qualified
