Do you have experience analysing sales figures, looking at targets and margins? Have you got experience working for a corporate business working in fast friendly paced environment? You will be working in a busy regional team, assisting the Commissions Operations Manager in all aspects of compensation from monitoring sales performance against commission budget, producing regular analysis reports and assisting in the management of Goalsheets for 500+ participants across the Sales and Services Incentive Plans.

You will need a good understanding and govern the Sales Incentive Plan and Services Compensation Plan at all times. You will be required to analyse monthly performance of targets, participants and costs. Discuss and propose with Commissions Operation Manager any cases for review. Annual and bi-annual reporting and analysis on commissions year on year. Assist in target setting review and monitoring target distribution during the year.

Be the point of entry for all "Additional Bonus Claims" part of the Sales Incentive Plan, within the European Central SharePoint, from validation to approval status. Liaising with other areas of the business for validation and approvals from Marketing to International Sales.

Quarterly and bi-annual key sales objective to be reviewed and measured inline with the Sales Incentive Plan rules. Monthly review of account alignment report. Assist and coordinate changes in participants on the Services Compensation Plan - covering new joiners, leavers and job function changes. Assist in producing, monitoring and updating year end commissions forecast for the Sales Incentive Plan.

Key skills in the role will include, previous work experience in compensation role, with working knowledge on Incentive and Compensation Plans. Motivated individual: Able to manage time effectively and prioritise multitasking, working in a busy pressurised environment. Strong competence with Microsoft Excel required to succeed in this role. Ability to demonstrate strong financial and analytical skills.

Ability to think logically and follow a logical process, with good attention to detail. You will also need good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word.
