Great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service / Telesales person for our client based in High Wycombe town centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career in an office based role combining great customer service with the ability to work to sales targets.

You will need the following competencies and skills, be self-motivated, be confident and have great communication skills, have a genuine interest in engaging with customers and colleagues alike. You must also be able to display good attention to detail and have good problem solving skills. A basic knowledge of Excel and Word and be a team orientated and adaptable individual.

The role involves general customer service and administrative duties. Previous customer service and some form of sales experience is essential.

A clear and confident telephone manner is also crucial as you will be dealing with customer enquiries, gathering information and discussing promotions during phone calls to the clients members, you will also be calling clients from a warm database so "no" cold calling.

Office hours 9am-5.30pm Mon - Thurs and 9am-4pm on Fri.
