The Opportunity and Challenge:

Manpower in support of its major clients is recruiting nationally this year for over 3,000 positions key to Christmas deliveries. Do you want to join a fast paced recruitment and account team? If Yes, this is an exciting opportunity for you to join our Driving & Logistics team, during their peak period (October - December) when we will be recruiting drivers of various skills and warehouse staff for our prestigious clients .

This is a varied role where you will enhance Recruitment/Administration/ Coordination skills. You will support on: Advertising roles on job-boards, searching job-boards for potential candidates, finding new candidates by reviewing cv's, coordinating and Interviewing candidates both face to face and over the phone, Supporting the work involved in the application process, checking all necessary compliance documentation, requesting and chasing candidate references, inputting candidate details onto the payroll systems, it will be fast paced and exciting work, no 2 days will be the same.


Experience of working in recruitment is not essential as full training will be provided. You will be working in a very busy environment, alongside the existing experienced and diverse team. To work well under pressure is therefore a must. We will be moving very quickly! Along with strong communication skills, the ability to confidently talk face to face and over the phone to candidates, and the ability to provide constructive feedback and rejection on occasion, you will need an eye for detail. Compliance administration is very high due to the nature of Logistics businesses and legislation, and coordination and organisational skills must also be strong.
