Our client, a Hull based Modular Building Company, now require a Sales Support Assistant due to growth in the business.

Reporting to the Sales Director you will play a key role within a dynamic and growing business with responsibility for the day-to-day support of the sales team you should have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally within the business and externally with clients. The ideal candidate will be capable of self-management and be able to deal with the demands of a fast paced but rewarding working environment.

The ideal candidate should possess the following key attributes:
-Organised and methodical
-Articulate (both in writing and verbally)
-Hard working & professional approach
-High levels of honesty and integrity
-Ability to work in a team and individually
-Ability to work within and achieve tight deadlines
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Key roles and responsibilities:

-Production, on a timely and accurate basis, of all daily, weekly and monthly departmental reports.
-Produce, distribute and ensure completion of meeting minutes.
-Coordination and administration of various meetings, including the weekly and monthly sales meetings.
-Act as principal administrator of the Bid no Bid process, including the organisation and minuting of all meetings as well as the distribution and monitoring of all resultant action points.
-Manage and record all incoming sales calls and the distribution of information resulting from any calls.
-General admin support for the sales team.
